SHM Industries, established in 1980, has evolved from a specialized technical workshop into the leading manufacturer of fuel station tanks in the Middle East and Africa. Rebranded in 1997 and operating out of our facility in Obour City, Egypt, we produce over 1,000 tanks annually, supplying fuel station retailers across the region. We are proud to have pioneered the region's first double-wall underground fuel tank in 2000, setting a new benchmark for safety and innovation. Since 2001, we have maintained rigorous international standards, holding ISO, UL, and STI certifications, ensuring that every tank leaving our facility meets global quality requirements.
SHM Alobour Alwaha, headquartered in Jeddah and Riyadh with warehouses in Dammam, was established to further enhance the regional footprint of SHM Industries and to better serve customers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf region. The name reflects both heritage and vision: “Alobour” commemorates the company’s milestone in Egypt, while “Alwaha” (Oasis) represents its thriving expansion into Saudi Arabia.
